Our Origin Story

Born Out of the Need to Support Our People

Jharkhandvasi Parivartan Sangh (JPS), established in 2005, is a transformative movement born out of the need to support the underprivileged Jharkhandis who have migrated to Mumbai in search of livelihood.

What began as a small initiative with the vision of uplifting and assisting the migrant community has now blossomed into a registered NGO in 2013 bearing no. E30004/MUMBAI committed to fostering social, cultural, educational, and medical welfare of Jharkhandis in Mumbai and beyond.

The institution's inception was driven by the relentless efforts of Mr. Arvindkumar Arya, whose tireless dedication to the betterment of Jharkhandi people has created a robust platform for social change. Through various initiatives, Jharkhandvasi Parivartan Sangh has not only improved the lives of migrants in Mumbai but also helped strengthen the bond between the people of Maharashtra and Jharkhand.
